⭐️ Tracking my orderAfter you've placed an order you'll be able to check its status at any time, to see whether it's being prepared, if or when it was dispatched etc. Simply log in to My Account, then click the order that you wish to check. Most of our delivery Services (Standard UK and Standard Information Deliveries) don't come with postal tracking. However if you selected the postage upgrade there may be tracking available. Please note: In some cases we may split the delivery into multiple packages, due to the size and weight. The tracking number will be sent by email when your order is dispatched, or you can log in to My Account to see it.

⭐️ My order hasn't arrived yet!If your order hasn't arrived in the expected time, please wait a couple of days to account for delays, then contact us for details on what to do next. In the majority of cases when an order is delayed it can usually be located at the local sorting office. If a redelivery request does not result in the order arriving and to determine that a parcel is definitely lost, we usually ask that customers allow 10 days (after dispatch) for orders sent via Standard UK delivery, and 4 weeks for Standard International, before we are able to take the next level of action.

⭐️ Returns and exchangesWe're confident you'll love your purchase from Piricaink, however we'll understand if you change your mind and would like a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We'll then advise you how to go about returming the item(s) to us, as long as they are still in their original and unused condition, with all packaging and tags. Please include a note of your order number. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that items returned safely, so please use registered service and/or keep all postage receipts to allow you to make a postal claim for damage/loss if necessary. Once we've received the item(s) back in their original condition, we'll send out your replacement(s) ASAP, or initiate your refound within 48 hours, via the method you used to pay. Delivery costs are non-refundable (except in the rare case of incorrect, faulty or damaged items being received). If you return an entire order which used free delivery, we'll deduct our exact delivery cost from the refund amount. If you requested an exchange and the cost of your new item(s) is different from the cost of your original item(s), we'll refund or charge you the difference appropriately.

⭐️ What if I'm out when it arrives?If you're out when your order arrives, the delivery person will either leave it with a neighbour, or post a slip giving you instructions on how to re-arrange delivery (or collect it from your local sorting office for Royal Mail UK deliveries). Other countries may have different procedures for this. If you don't want to miss your delivery, we recommend having it sent to an address where someone is always in, such as to a workplace or a relative.

⭐️ How can I put my design on a product?To add a design to your selected product, you simply need to upload the design in one of the supported file types (PNG, JPG, BMP, GIF, SVG, AI) with a maximum file size of 10MB. Then place the logo where you want to have it, resize it if necessary - and you're good to go.

⭐️ How long does it take to produce a custom product?To reduce unnecessary waste, we only ever print a product once the order has been completed. This typically takes around 24 hours from the moment the order is placed until it's ready to be shipped.

⭐️ Why does my print look small?Regarding the sizing of the print on the t-shirt. There are two things that we would ask you to check. When you design your t-shirt online, the t-shirt you designed on was on a person, and therefore you were designing the t-shirt "as worn". As the t-shirt is on a person, viewed from the front, the edges of the t-shirt are not shown, as they are round the side of the viewable image. We find that some people compare the flat t-shirt they have received with the design they submitted online. As people aren't flat (and some of us are deeper than others) it's not comparing like with like to compare the t-shirts like this. If you try the t-shirt on and look in the mirror, you should find that your t-shirt matches the preview exactly. To make sure we deliver t-shirts that match the previews, and that we deliver exactly the same item again if you order another, all of the sizing is calculated automatically when you design online. This file is printed as-is to our machinery. The size shown is the size of the image uploaded, so if your image has large transparent areas that don't print, you can see the size of the print by drawing a box the size of the visible area (see screenshot below). You might like to know for the future that if you want a print from edge to edge of the flat shirt, you can extend the artwork off the edge of the shirt as you design online. Bear in mind though, that the details at the edges will not be seen when the shirt is worn and the person wearing it is viewed from the front. It's for this reason our design works on an 'as-worn' basis. (Although this image is scaled to 41cm, it's almost entirely transparent and the transparent parts won't print) (To see the size of the print area, draw a box the same width as the non-transparent section (or visible image) and then select it for an accurate measurement) (The same theory of empty space applies to text-boxes. The text box above is 27cm wide but the majority of it is empty.) (To view the size of the text within, draw a box the same size as the text, and select it to view the measurement. Of course, if your text fills the textbox then the measurement of the textbox will also be the measurement of the text.)

⭐️ Can I order just one custom product?Yes, we have no minimum order size. You can order a single custom product or 1,000 custom products . Having no minimum order size allows you to create the product just the way you want it, for whatever occasion or event, large or small.

⭐️ What are the shipping options for custom products?We have two different shipping options: standard and tracked. With tracked shipping, it is possible that your custom product will already reach you within 3 working days (times may vary depending on different states and the number of t-shirts ordered) UK only. For international shipping it should reach you within 5-7 working days.

⭐️ I expected the artwork to be a different size, can I return it?The artwork is automatically generated from the design you provide, so the sizing is decided by you. The product designer shows the size of the print in cm on the right hand side so that you can see the print size before you buy. We print it exactly as you design, and don't alter the sizing of your artwork in any way. Please note that the top you design on is being worn, so the design area available is the normal visible area when worn. It would be very unusual to want text or images going round the side of the shirt. Also, the women's longer length tops, as mentioned in the sizing FAQs, are designed to be tight and stretch around the body, so the designs will seem smaller before you put the shirt on. The only exception is for single item orders which qualify for our "Full Satisfaction Guarantee". These items can be returned for any reason.

⭐️ Security and privacy policyPlacing an order omline with Piricaink is safe and secure. Piricaink does not keep any record of your payment details as you proceed to the payment page, you will be automatically transferred from Piricaink onto Wix or Paypal's SSL secured encrypted server. This means your payment details are turned into a long string od data so complex that no-one could decrypt it. and no-one at the other end will have access to your details either. You'll see the secure padlock symbol in your browser window. We collect certain basic pieces of information that you give us through the website, to allow us to process your order and provide any necessary aftercare. The details gathered are limited to your name, addresses, email address and contact number. We do not and can not store debit or credit card details. Piricaink will never share your personal information with third parties. We are not in the business of selling data to others. We do not send spam. In accordance to the GDPR regulations, you can always access, update or remove your personal data by contacting us or logging in online from My Account.

⭐️ Packing and sustainabilityWe try to take good care when selecting our packing materials so that as well as making sure your items reach you safely, we also minimise our impact on the environment. Packaging we use: ✨ Cardboard boxes - these can be re-used or recycled, and many of the boxes are already made from cardboard formed from recycled post-consumer waste. We also print our own boxes and use packing paper. Most of our boxes fit though your letter box, to reduce the chance of you missing your package when deli 💕

⭐️ Stock availability and imagesPiricaink uses a live stock control system, so product quantities are updated on our website every time an order is made. This means that usually if it says it's in stock, it is... We print and make all our products! We make every effort to keep stock level available on all items throughout our website. If any product is unavailable, you can contact us to be notified and we will email you back directly once available. We make every effort to represent items as accurately as we can in photos, however as the colour settings very between each computer screen, some colours may appear slightly different in real life. Also please note we like to be creative with our product photography and include props in the pictures, so please read the product descriptions to find out what's included with each item.
